Remember to include a valid e-mail address where we can send your reply, e.g. your regular residential e-mail address, not a communal one at your school, college or workplace (please note our confidentiality undertaking in the website T&Cs page).
Please use the comment box below to explain the problem as clearly as you can in words, as trying to include mathematical notation will probably cause you real difficulties!
Alternatively, you can e-mail us a digital scan of your question, as a file attachment, but please remember to send another e-mail message at the same time (i.e. without the attachment) to warn us to look out for it, just in case our anti-virus software sends it straight to the trash bin!
NOTE:
- We aim to respond personally to all queries within 48 hours.
- The solution to some of the questions submitted to our Help Line may be published as items onto our Blog.
